Mysore/Mysuru: JSS Radio 91.2 FM, a community radio, is organising a special live phone-in programme titled ‘Cyber Crime & Cyber Security’ on Apr. 16 from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.
The programme aims to create awareness among public about increasing threats of cybercrime and importance of digital safety. With the rapid growth of internet usage, individuals are increasingly exposed to risks such as online fraud, hacking, identity theft and misuse of personal data.
This session will educate listeners on preventive measures, safe online practices and how to respond to cyber threats.
The resource person for the programme is L. Nagesh, Additional Superintendent of Police (SP-2), Mysuru district, who will share his expertise and practical insights on cybercrime prevention and investigation.
Listeners are encouraged to actively participate in the programme by calling and asking questions during the live session. This interactive platform will enable the public to clarify their doubts and receive guidance directly from an experienced law enforcement officer.
