Mysore/Mysuru: The installation ceremony of the new Executive Committee (EC) of Mysore Toastmasters for the term January-June 2026 was held at Learners PU College, Vijayanagar 1st Stage recently.

D.J. Harshitha, Area Director, Division A, District 121, who was the Installation Officer, administered the oath of office to the new EC members. The event marked the beginning of a new leadership term for the club, reaffirming its commitment to developing communication and leadership skills among members.

The new members are: Vishal Nangal (President), Sushmitha Krishna (Vice-President, Education), G. Vishok (Vice-President, Membership), Hari Ramakrishnan (Vice-President, Public Relations), R. Sivraj (Secretary), Abdul Manan (Treasurer), K.S. Sanjay (Sergeant-at-Arms) and Murali Krishnan (Immediate Past President).

The Associate EC members include Deepak Laxman and N.G. Manjusha (Associate Vice-Presidents, Education), Vasudha Rao (Associate Vice-President, Membership), S.V. Bharathi, Himaan and Nihar Ranjan (Associate Vice-Presidents, Public Relations) and Tejesh Sugow (Associate Sergeant-at-Arms).

Toastmasters International is a global non-profit educational organisation dedicated to improving communication and leadership skills through regular meetings that include prepared speeches, impromptu speaking sessions and constructive evaluations. With a legacy of over 16 years, Mysore Toastmasters has been nurturing confident speakers and leaders in the city by providing a supportive learning environment for personal and professional growth.
