35th Brahmothsava at Sri Krishna Temple from Apr. 23 to 29

Mysore/Mysuru: Sri Krishna Seva Samithi Charitable Trust, Gokulam 3rd Stage, has organised 35th Brahmothsava at its Sri Krishna Temple from Apr. 23 to 29.

On this occasion, Sudarshana Homa, Kalyanothsava,  Rathotsava will be conducted along with cultural events.

On May 3 at 6.30 pm, a dance programme will be held and noted danseuse Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy will be felicitated by Sri Krishna Seva Samithi Trust and Sri Krishna Gana Sabha.

The Brahmothsava programme schedule is as follows:

Apr. 23 at 9 am: Anugne, Vasudeva Punyahavachana and Mahabhisheka; 6 pm : Swasthivachana, Ankurarpana, Garuda Prathiste, Homas and Hamsavahanothsava.

Apr. 24 at 9 am: Utsava, Dwajarohana, Kumbharadhana Poorvaka and Yagashala Pravesha; 6 pm: Vishnu Sahasranama Homa and Chandramandalothsava.

Apr. 25 at 9 am: Chatusthanarchanapurvaka Nitya Homa, Maha Sudarshana Homa, Poornahuti and Garudotsava; 6 pm: Rukmini Kalyanotsava and Laja Homa.

Apr. 26 at 6 am: Rathanga Homa, Rathasnapana and Mantapotsava at Alwar Kalabhavan; 7.15 am to 8.15 am: Divya Ratharohana; Rathotsava is taken out in procession in Gokulam 3rd Stage; 6 pm: Chatusthanarchana, Nithya Homa and Shanthyotsava.

Apr. 27 at 9 am: Chatusthanarchana, Nithya Homa, Ashtalakshmi Homa and Dolothsava; 6 pm: Ramatharaka  Homa, Panchamukhi Hanuman, Mantra Homa and  Hanumanthotsava.

Apr. 28 at 9 am: Prakarothsava and Nithya Homa; 6 pm: Shanti Homa, Mahapoornahuthi, Dwajavarohana, Pushpayaga and Rashtraasheervada.

Apr. 29  at  9 am: Avabhruta Snana (Chakra Snana) and Amrutha Kalashabhisheka; 6.30 pm: Music Concert by Vidu. Anughya & Party; 8 pm: Vaibhava Shayanotsava.
