The Institution of Engineers-India (IEI), Mysore Local Centre, in association with tAct, Indian Academy of Sciences, Bengaluru and Jiv, Mysuru, as part of World Earth Day, has organised a technical talk on ‘Ecologically Sensitive Regions in the Western Ghats: Conservation for Intergenerational,’ on Apr. 25 at 5.30 pm in S.P. Bhat Hall of Institution of Engineers on JLB Road in city.

Co-ordinator of Energy and Wetlands Research Group, Centre for Ecological Sciences at Indian Institute of Science in Bengaluru, Dr. T.V. Ramachandra will be the guest speaker. Chairman of IEI Er. H.S. Suresh Babu will preside. Programme Convenor Er. S. Shivaprasad, Hon. Secretary Er. M.K. Nanjaiah and others will be present.
