Shivalingappa, Union Railway Minister V. Somanna releases the books, retd. Chairman of Kuvempu Bhasa Bharati Pradhikara Dr. Pradhan Gurudatta speaks about the books, senior artist & writer L. Shivalingappa will be present, Basava Balagagala Okkuta President M. Chandrashekar delivers keynote address, Government Guest House (near Mini Vidhana Soudha), Nazarbad, 6 pm.
