Mysore/Mysuru: Hebbal Police have registered a case against a youth on charges of consuming ganja and walking unsteadily.

The youth has been identified as 22-year-old N. Chandan Kumar, a resident of Subhashnagar in city.

Hebbal Police, who were on their regular patrolling, found Chandan talking loudly all alone and walking unsteadily, questioned him during which Chandan is said to have confessed to smoking ganja in a cigarette. Hebbal Police have registered a case.
