Mata Vijayakumari V. Rao Award presentation tomorrow

Mysore/Mysuru: As part of Mother’s Day celebrations, Sri Vasudeva Maharaj Foundation, Mysuru, has organised Mata Vijayakumari V. Rao Award-2026 Presentation Ceremony at Pathrakarthara Bhavan in city at 11.30 am tomorrow (May 14).

Senior social worker Dr. K. Raghuram Vajpayee will offer floral tributes. Sanskrit Scholar Dr. K. Leela Prakash will present the award to Lakshmi Palecanda (Professor and Writer) and Vidu. M.R. Sudha (Karnatak Classical Music).

Mysuru District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Maddikere Gopal will preside.

Alliance Clubs International Immediate Past Governor Dr. S. Venkatesh, Sri Yoganarasimha  Swamy Temple Chief Administrator N. Srinivasan, Music Teacher M.V. Anitha and Sri Lakshminarasimhaswamy Temple CEO K.R. Yoganarasimha will be present.
