While the second Railway Under Bridge (RUB) opening is progressing at a good pace near GRS Fantasy Park on Ring Road, the service road opening on one side is made available to public, which is benefiting the commuters. 

However, during morning and evening peak hours, when the signal is red, the vehicles from GRS side move in the service road to approach near the signal, thus blocking the service road and choking the vehicle movement intending to drive towards Metagalli side. 

There is an urgent need to address this, as many minor accidents are taking place often here. 

I request the authorities to take suitable measures to streamline this problem and avoid inconvenience to motorists.
