June 14, 2026

Bengaluru/Mysuru: Assistant Commissioner of Police Chandan Kumar of Sampigehalli Division told Star of Mysore this morning that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed a complaint, based on which an FIR was registered at Kothanur Police Station.

The ED has sought supporting documents to take the investigation forward. “Once the documents are received, the inquiry will begin, including efforts to trace links with other individuals,” he said.

The ACP clarified that while an FIR has been registered, further progress depends on the submission of documents. No arrests have been made so far and details such as bank records and personal information of those named in the case are yet to be obtained, he added.
