CISCE Zonal Karate Tournament

Mysuru: Karatekas of Shree Mahaveer Jain Vidyalaya (SMJV), Siddharthanagar, Mysuru, brought laurels to the institution by delivering an impressive performance in the CISCE Zonal Karate Tournament 2026–27 (Zone-G), organised by Nalanda Gurukula International Public School at Kushalnagar, recently.

V. Nammesh, a Class IX student, secured second place in the U-17 boys category, while Saanchi S. Jain, also a Class IX student, won third place in the U-17 girls category. A total of 29 schools from Mysuru, Kodagu, Chamarajanagar, Hassan, Tumakuru and Mandya took part.
