Bengaluru: Chamundeshwari MLA G.T. Devegowda (GTD) has been re-elected to Bengaluru headquartered The Karnataka State Co-operative Federation Limited (KSCF), in the elections held on Tuesday.
This is the record sixth time that GTD, who is also a senior co-operator, is getting elected to KSCF, currently headed by him.
Those elected are: Mysuru Division – G.T. Devegowda, B.C. Lokappa Gowda and B. Shashikumar Rai.
Bengaluru Division – H.N. Ashok, B.K. Shivakumar, K.P. Channabyregowda and K. Sunil.
Belagavi Division – Jagadish M. Kavatagimath, Kashilinga B. Huded and Krishnagouda Patil.
Kalaburagi Division – J.M. Shivaprasad, Abhishek R. Patil and Vishwanath Reddy S. Darshanapur.
Also, former Minister Venkatrao Nadagouda has been elected from other Co-operative Institutions seat, according to the list announced by KSCF Managing Director K.S. Navin.
Following his election, GTD met Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar at Bengaluru yesterday and sought his support for the co-operative activities of KSCF.
