Amritakripa Charitable Hospital, Mysuru, in association with the Amrita Paediatric Cardiology Programme, Amrita Hospital, Kochi, is organising a free paediatric heart camp on Sept. 13, as part of the celebrations marking Mata Amritanandamayi’s 73rd birthday. The camp is aimed at providing children below 18 years with heart conditions an opportunity to undergo detailed cardiac evaluation and echocardiogram screening. The initiative seeks to support the early identification and evaluation of paediatric heart conditions and help eligible children access further treatment.
The camp will be held from 9 am to 4 pm at Amritakripa Charitable Hospital, opposite 22nd Cross, Central Avenue Road, Roopanagar, Mysuru. Children identified as requiring further intervention may be offered free surgery or procedures at Amrita Hospital, Kochi, subject to medical evaluation and eligibility. Parents and guardians of children with known or suspected heart conditions may make use of this free screening opportunity and register for the camp in advance.
