Mysuru: Mysore Open Forum has organised a talk on ‘Ageing & Longevity’ by Dr. C.D. Srinivasa Murthy (CDS), renowned Physician and Cardiologist of Mysuru, at 10.30 am on Sunday (Sept. 13) at Kalpa Kshetra Auditorium, Vijayanagar 4th Stage, Mysuru.

Dr. C.D. Srinivasa Murthy is an MD & PG from Chandigarh. He was awarded the Gold Medal for Best Outgoing Student at the 1962 Convocation. He has been DNB Professor for 25 years, Head of Unit and Teacher at Mysore Medical College. He has held posts such as President, Indian Medical Association, Karnataka; Chairman of MRC Eye Hospital; Vice-Chairman, Mission Hospital, Mysuru; Chairman, Physician Research Institute; Chairman, IMA Academy of Medical Specialties, Karnataka Chapter; President of Cardiological Society India among other posts.

He is the recipient of many Awards and Recognitions and is a published author. He will be speaking on issues relating to Ageing and Longevity.
