Mysuru: Singer Shaan had music lovers singing along as he performed a mix of Hindi and Kannada film songs at the Palace premises yesterday evening, as part of Mysuru Dasara cultural programmes. 

Organised by the Dasara Cultural Sub-Committee, the concert on the seventh day of the programmes drew an enthusiastic crowd, with the Mumbai-based singer and his team keeping the audience entertained throughout the evening. 

Shaan’s popular number “Chaar Kadam, Bas Chaar Kadam…” drew loud applause, whistles and cheers from the audience.  

Switching between Hindi and Kannada songs, he had music lovers singing along and dancing to the tunes. 

He also entertained the crowd by mimicking the voices of playback singers Udit Narayan, Arijit Singh and Sonu Nigam, drawing  loud cheers. 

Every performance was greeted with applause and whistles, as the audience responded enthusiastically to the singer’s popular numbers. Narasimharaja MLA Tanveer Sait felicitated Shaan on stage.
