Mysuru: St. Philomena’s College (Autonomous), Mysuru, had the honour of welcoming His Excellency Armando Pedro Muiuane, High Commissioner of the Republic of Mozambique to India, to its campus in Bannimantap on Oct. 22.

The visit highlighted the institution’s enduring legacy of academic excellence and its longstanding association with alumni who have made their mark across national and international platforms.

The visit held special significance as His Excellency’s son, Milvan Armando Muiuane, is an alumnus of St. Philomena’s College, having pursued his Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from 2010 to 2013. His visit underscored the enduring bond between an educational institution and its alumni, demonstrating how the relationship with one’s alma mater continues beyond graduation and across geographical boundaries.
