Mysuru: A man, who had gone absconding after collecting money for chit fund from many has been arrested by the Vidyaranyapuram Police.

The accused has been identified as Mohan, a resident of Nachanahallipalya in city.

Mohan, who started a chit fund business, had collected money for the same from hundreds of people and had gone absconding.

A complaint in this regard was lodged by one Gowramma with Vidyaranyapuram Police who based on a tip-off  arrested Mohan in Srirangapatna   on Sunday last.
