A century by A. Abhaya Rangan(130, 21×4), helped Excel Public school, Mysuru to register a big 170-run win over Kautilya Vidyalaya and entered the quarter-finals of the KSCA-M.Navin Chandar Memorial Inter School Cricket Tournament 2017 held at the SDNR Wadiyar Stadium at Manasagangothri here recently.

Singavi 75 n.o) bt Kautilya Vidyalaya 78 in 20 overs ( Sai Shiva five for 10); Pramathi Hill View Academy 133 for seven in 30 overs (B. Adithya 32, C.N. Rajendra 27, Satvik Chethan four for 16) lost to St.Joseph’s Central (Vijaynagar) 136 for three in 29.2 overs (Chakshu R Gowda 54); Royal Concorde International School 86 in 19.1 overs (B. Pavan 29, Md.Kamran Khan Ghori four for 28, Mahendra Kumar three for six) lost to Marimallappa’s HS 87 for no loss in 19.1 overs (Md.Kaif Basha 58 n.o,); Pushkarni Vidyashala 194 for eight in 30 overs (Yashwanth Patel 55, Ravichandra 34, Swaroop Kumar 29, Shahid fazil three for 38) bt St. Josephs Central school (Yelwal) 58 in 12 overs (Dheemanth Patel four for nine); Vijaya Vittala HS 73 in 22.4 overs (B.
