MGP to celebrate National Consumer Day tomorrow

As part of National Consumer Day, the Mysore Grahakara Parishat (MGP) has organised a demonstration of food adulteration detection, test for water potability, detection of adulterants in milk etc., and interaction with public on consumer rights at the Dufferin Clock Tower (Chikka Gadiyaara) between 9 am and 4 pm tomorrow (Dec. 24). Several government departments will also participate in the programme to be inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner D. Randeep at 10 am. Those who wish to volunteer their services may be present at the venue by 8.30 am.
