India F5 Futures Men’s Tennis: City’s Prajwal Dev advances

Mysuru lad S.D. Prajwal Dev, taking part in the qualifying round in the Men’s Singles event in the India F5 $15,000 Futures Men’s Tennis Tournament played at KSLTA, Bengaluru, won his first round tie against Rishi Reddy 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 and entered the second round in the qualifiers on Saturday.

On Sunday, Prajwal Dev will take on Kunal Anand in the final qualifying round in the Men’s Singles event.

City’s Suraj R. Prabodh will also be taking part in the event for which the main draw will commence from Mar. 13 and the tournament will conclude on Mar. 19.

Pragnesh is the top-seed and is followed by Sriram Balaji, Karunuday Singh and Vishnu Vardhan.
