Former MLC A.K. Subbaiah to be felicitated on Feb. 25

Ponnampet: Former MLC and senior politician A.K. Subbaiah (Ajjikuttira Kariappa Subbaiah) will be felicitated at a programme to take place in Bengaluru on Feb. 25.

The programme, which is organised by A.K. Subbaiah Felicitation Committee headed by former Advocate-General Prof. Ravi Verma Kumar, will take place at Jnanajyothi  auditorium in Central College premises, Bengaluru, at 5pm  on Feb.25.

Chief Minister Siddharamaiah will release the felicitation Volume titled ‘Daarideepa.’

Former Advocate-General Prof. Ravi Verma Kumar will deliver the felicitation address.

Senior writer Devanur Mahadeva will release ‘Souharda Sele,’ a collection of A.K. Subbaiah’s writings, while farmer leader Chukki Nanjundaswamy will release A.K. Subaiah’s autobiography titled ‘Nirbheetiya Hejjegalu’.

Ministers K.J. George and Ramesh Kumar and former Minister M.C. Nanaiah will take part in the programme.
