Marking Sarvajna Jayanti, the District Administration and  the Department of Kannada and Culture have organised a function at Kalamandira on Feb.20 at 11.30 am. District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will inaugurate. MLA Vasu will preside over   the programme.
