A quiet flyover…

April 29, 2021

Has time stopped in the city? Suddenly the bumper-to-bumper, surging and at times disorderly traffic on the busy Hunsur Road seems to have evaporated, thanks to the two-week COVID Curfew. Without traffic, this particular flyover that is choked by unending streams of vehicles from early morning till late night is somewhat unimaginable. This is how Mysuru’s one and only Flyover built at Hinkal Ring Road Junction on Mysuru-Madikeri Highway looks like now after residents are asked to quarantine at home — no density, no activity, and no noise.
