Abandoned infant rescued

Mysuru: – A 10-days-old baby boy, which was found abandoned below a Nilgiri tree at Rangaiahnakoppal near Bilikere has been rescued and has been admitted to K.R. Hospital.

The baby boy is wheatish complexioned and weighs about 2.4 kg. Parents, guardians or those having information about the baby, may contact the office of the District Child Protection Officer, Mysuru or Child Welfare Committee office or call Ph: 0821-2543003, according to a press release from the District Child Protection Officer, District Child Protection Unit.
