Abdul Hameed (75), retired Principal of Maharani’s Junior College, Mysuru and a resident of Sathagalli, passed away yesterday evening at his residence.

Brother-in-law of Sir Khazi of Mysuru Moulana Mohammed Usman Shariff, he leaves behind his wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Namaz-e-Janaza will be held tomorrow (Feb. 13) after Namaz-e-Zohar (1.30 pm) at Masjid-e-Azam on Ashoka Road, followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle in city.
