Accident: Octogenarian succumbs to injuries

Mysuru:  An octogenarian, who was injured in a road accident and admitted to K.R. Hospital here, succumbed to injuries at the hospital yesterday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Nanjamma (80), a resident of Manjunathapura.

Nanjamma, on Thursday night at about 8.30, was crossing the KRS Road, when a car rammed into her. She was admitted to K.R. Hospital but breathed her last yesterday morning after failing to respond to the treatment.

V.V. Puram Traffic Police have registered a case in this regard.
