Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Dr. B.S. Manjunathaswamy inaugurating the Tribal Festival (Budakattu Utsava) organised by the Kannada & Culture Department and Integrated Tribal Development Department under Integrated Tribal Development Project as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav at Mini Theatre in Kalamandira last evening.
