Bengaluru: Addengada T. Nachappa (83), retired Public Prosecutor and a resident of No. 2, KHB Colony at Koramangala, passed away yesterday in city.

A native of Devanur village, Balele Post in Ponnampet taluk of Kodagu district, he leaves behind his wife Leelavathy (Manavattira), sons Group Captain A.N. Somanna and Dr. Nanaiah, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at Wilson Garden Crematorium this afternoon, according to family sources.
