The Backward Classes Welfare Department (BCWD), Nanjangud taluk, which had invited applications from eligible boys and girls for admission to its post-matric hostels, has extended its last date till Sept. 22. Applications may be submitted by logging on to https://bcwd.karnataka.gov.in/english. The selection will be done after the verification from the Taluk Welfare Officer which will be done on Sept. 26.

The list of students, who are selected after counselling, will be announced on Sept. 30 and the last day for admission process for the selected candidates to the hostel is before Oct. 6,    according to a press release from Nanjangud Taluk BCWD Welfare Officer.
