Admission to residential schools

The Minorities Welfare Department has invited online applications from eligible Minority and OBC students for admission to 6th standard (2024-25) in Morarji Desai and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Residential Schools in the district. The admission is open to Morarji Desai Residential Schools at Anivalu village in Periyapatna taluk (Mob: 81973-65501) and the new one in T. Narasipur taluk (Mob: 91644-68823 or 98452-10242) and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Residential School at Doddakanya village (Mob: 89701-11600).

Admission is limited to 60 seats, out of which 75% is reserved for Minority communities and the rest 25 percent for SC/ST and OBC category students.  Interested students can apply online via Seva Sindhu portal: https://sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in, before Mar. 15.
