Mysore/Mysuru: Ashokapuram Police have registered a case against three persons on charges of assaulting and injuring an advocate at Jayanagar in city recently.

The injured advocate is Sunil Kumar and a case has been registered against Nanjunda and his two friends, who had reportedly assaulted Sunil Kumar. It is learnt that Sunil and his friends were having cool drinks, when Nanjunda and his friends picked up a fight with the advocate, abused him using foul language and despite Sunil telling them he was an advocate, they reportedly assaulted him causing injuries.

Sunil Kumar, who got himself treated at a hospital, later lodged a complaint against Nanjunda and his two friends at Ashokapuram Police Station. Based on the complaint, Ashokapuram Police, who have registered case,  are investigating.
