‘Advocates should emerge as role model for society’

Mysuru: Every business house will avail the services of advocates in a given situation and it is important that advocates emerge as the role models for the society, said Arjun Ranga, Managing Director, Cyle Pure Agarbathi, here yesterday. 

Speaking after inaugurating the 2025-26 academic activities of Vidyavardhaka Law College, he explained to students how business houses resolve legal issues with the help of advocates. Stating that it was difficult to have an organised society without advocates, he said hardwork and honesty were important for the students to develop in order to become successful in their careers.

Vidyavardhaka Sanga President Gundappa Gowda, Vidyavardhaka Law College Supervisory Committee Head S. Shivalingaiah, Principal Dr. P. Deepu, Dr. T.M. Prashanth, Dr. Boregowda and others were present. College annual magazine Vikasa-2025 was also released on the occasion.
