Mysore/Mysuru: Shepherd India International has organised a programme tomorrow (May 31) at 11 am at Kaveri Auditorium, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) premises to mark 297th Jayanthotsava of Rajamate Ahilyabai Holkar.
A great pioneer and builder of Hindu temples who constructed hundreds of temples and Dharmashalas throughout India, the Maratha Queen Ahilyabai like no other has the pride of establishing 12 Jyotirlingas (devotional shrines of Lord Shiva) across the country.
Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya will be the chief guest. Shepherd India International Founder President and MLC A.H. Vishwanath will preside. Former CM Siddharamaiah, former Minister K.S. Eshwarappa and others will participate, according to Organisation District President H. Beerappa.
