Sir,

 The projection in the front obstructing the view is on account of the air-conditioning unit for the lower deck of ‘Ambaari’. It would make sense to remove these and use it for other vehicles of ksrtc.

Most people want to experience the open top view and only inclement weather would make people choose the lower deck.
