Akashavani Road crying for attention

January 23, 2018

Sir,

The Road from Cheluvamba Park to Ta.Ra.Su Circle (Akashavani Circle) in Yadavagiri, was recently closed for a short time for laying of pipeline.

After the completion of work, the road was opened for public, but the present road condition is very bad as the stretch is full of potholes. On Jan. 14 evening, a female senior citizen who was riding pillion along with her son in two-wheeler fell from the vehicle due to the pothole in front of Yadavagiri Post Office. Luckily she survived with minor injury.

Hence, in the interest of general public, I request the authorities concerned to repair the road at the earliest.
