Alhaj Syed Ansar Ahmed (69) of Syedina Tours and Travels, a long time resident of city and currently residing in Bengaluru, passed away yesterday in Bengaluru. He leaves behind his wife, two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.

Namaz-e-Janaza was held today at Masjid-e-Khizar at Shanthinagar, Bengaluru, after Asar (5.30 pm), followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds in Shanthinagar.
