Amitabh Bachchan admitted to hospital, recovering

Jodhpur: Mega star Amitabh Bachchan, who was shooting for the film ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ in Jodhpur fell ill and was admitted to a private hospital here.

A team of three doctors were flown in from Mumbai in a private chopper to attend on him and they said that he was medically fit.

He posted a poetic tweet to say that he fell sick and subsequently a team of doctors visited him to treat the illness.

In an early morning blog post yesterday, Amitabh, 75, revealed doctors would be coming in to “fiddle around” with his body and set him up again.

Big B has been shooting in the picturesque Mehrangarh Fort for the film which also features Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif, and will release during Diwali 2018.

The senior actor has been shooting at odd hours and staying up late for shoots.
