An overturned garbage bin in Rajiv Nagar

Garbage bins are kept at vantage places so that people can put garbage in it properly, make use of it and keep the surroundings neat and tidy. However, a garbage bin is kept upside down near Gupta Stores in  Rajiv Nagar since a week, resulting in residents dumping their garbage beside the upside down garbage bin which is polluting the environment and foul smell is emanating from it besides the garbage attracting flies and stray dogs. Authorities concerned are urged to get the garbage bin set right and instruct the staff to get the garbage cleared regularly.
