Aniketana Trust to celebrate Kuvempu birth anniversary

Mysuru: The city’s Aniketana Seva Trust will be celebrating the 115th birth anniversary of Kuvempu at Patrakarthara Bhavan on Tyagaraja Road at 10 am on Dec.31. Noted humorist Prof. M. Krishnegowda will inaugurate the programme. MDJA President C.K. Mahendra will inaugurate the celebrations.

The Chief Minister’s Political Secretary M.B. Maramkal will be the guest of honour. 

Corporator M.V. Sridhar, who is also the President of Navabharath Nirman Seva Trust, will be present. Also Rajyotsava awardees from the city Dr. K. Chidananda Gowda, former Vice-Chancellor of Kuvempu University; Dr. H.K. Ramanth, noted theatre personality; V.A. Deshpande, former CAVA Dean and Yoga exponent H.
