Anuvrat Samiti Mysuru holds general assembly

Mysuru: Anuvrat, an NGO globally recognised with the United Nations, had organised the general assembly of the Anuvrat Samiti Mysuru at a private hotel in city recently.

The assembly commenced with the collective singing of the Anuvrat anthem. The meeting discussed multifaceted projects of Anuvrat Committee, including the Anuvrat Creativity Contest, Environment Day programmes, addiction-free initiatives and other upcoming events.

National Vice-President Kailash Borana, who shared details on Anuvrat Vatika and Elevate initiatives, emphasised the importance of ‘Jeevan Vigyan (Science of Living)’ project.  He stated that this initiative not only strengthens moral values but is also essential for personality development and life skills among students.

 For the Anuvrat Creativity Contest, Vice-President Mona Bhatewara was appointed as the Coordinator; Vice-President Khushi Gugliya was appointed for environmental awareness programme while Bunty Mogra was appointed for addiction-free initiative. The leadership of Jeevan Vigyan project was entrusted to Mahaveer Derasaria.

The meeting was presided by newly elected President Muskan Nolkha in the presence of National Vice-President Kailash Borana and Karnataka In-charge and outgoing President Suresh Derasaria.

Founding-President Madanlal Maru, Hunsur Committee President Jatan Babel, K.R. Nagar Committee President Madanlal Bohra, Mysuru Committee Treasurer Lalit Meher, Organising Secretary Seema Chawat, Public Relations’ Prabhari Nemichand Barola and executive members from Hunsur, K.R. Nagar and Mysuru were present.
