Applications invited for Devaraj Urs Pratibha Puraskar

The Backward Classes Welfare Department has invited applications from meritorious students belonging to Backward Classes Category – 1, 2A, 3A and 3B who have scored 90 percent and more marks in SSLC and PUC exam for presentation of Devaraj Urs Pratibha Puraskar.

Candidates must be permanent residents of Karnataka. The annual income of the candidates belonging to Category-1 should not be more than Rs. 2.50 lakh while for those belonging to 2A, 3A and 3B should not exceed Rs.1 lakh. Interested may submit applications online by logging on to https://bcwd.karnataka.gov.in/ before 5 pm on Oct. 21.  For details call Helpline No: 80507-70004 during office hours (10 am and 5.30 pm), according to a press release.
