Mysore/Mysuru: The Department of Women and Child Welfare has invited applications from children aged between 6 and 18 years for presentation of Hoysala Award for boys and Keladi Chennamma Award for girls (2020-21), who have exhibited courage in saving lives of others in distress. The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 and a citation. The incident should have happened between August-2019 and July-2020. 

First Information Report (FIR) of the Police and newspapers featuring the story of the same should be submitted along with the application form. Applications can be obtained at the Department Office in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Mysuru.
