Akshay with 6 points from 6 rounds and Aditya with 5 points from 6 rounds won the titles in Senior and Junior sections respectively in Aryan Kids Chess Tournament conducted by Vipraa Chess Academy at Aryan Kids School premises in Sharadadevinagar here on Sunday.

In the Junior section, Akshay, I. Kavin and I. Kalal secured the places from first to third while in Juniors section, Aditya, Sudiksha and Siddarth secured places from first to third respectively.

Shouryavardhan was adjudged as the youngest participant. Ten consolation prizes were given both Senior and Junior sections. Prizes to the winners were given away by Srivatsa, Principal, Hari Vidyalaya, Mysuru, C.K. Muralidharan and Govindappa during the valedictory function held at Aryan Kids School premises.
