ASP Kala Krishnaswamy and 5 other city Cops get CM’s Medal

The State Government yesterday announced the Chief Minister Medal for 100 Policemen from across the State, including six from the city.

Additional SP (ASP) Kala Krishnaswamy, Police Training School Inspector C. Thimmaraju, Devaraja Traffic PSI Marigowda, KSRP 5th battalion Sub-Inspector M.C. Medappa and Mandi Police Station Head Constables Joseph Naronha and Ramesh are the ones from the city who have bagged CM’s Medal.

The other CM Medal winners include Kollegal Town PSI Maadhya Nayak, Kodagu District Wireless (Control Room) Police Inspector N.T. Mahadev, Kodagu DAR Head Constable K.R. Jitendra Rai, Hassan KSRP 11th Battalion Head Constable K.L. Puttashetty and Mandya CDR Technical Wing Constable G.V. Lokesh.

The Medals will be conferred by the Chief Minister at   the Police Flag Day celebration to be held
