Attempt to burgle house

December 27, 2019

Mysuru: The alertness of neighbours forced the burglars who had gained entry into a house late night at SVP Nagar in Alanahalli Police Station limits, to abort their robbery bid and flee from the spot.

Burglars who forcibly gained entry into the house of  one Somanna at first cross in SVP Nagar on Dec. 22, which was reportedly sealed by the Income Tax authorities recently, were in search of valuables, when neighbours who heard a noise raised an alarm.

Soon as the alarm was raised, the burglars fled from the spot and escaped under the cover of darkness. Following a complaint from house owner Somanna, Alanahalli Police have registered a case and are investigating.
