Complaint lodged against four persons with City Police Commissioner

Mysore/Mysuru: An autorickshaw driver has lodged a complaint against four persons with City Police Commissioner. He has accused four persons of restraining him from picking up passengers near St. Philomena’s Church and assaulting him.

The auto driver Zameer Khan,  is a resident of Sathagalli in the city.

In his complaint, Zameer has alleged that Muzamil, Saheb, Billi and Shafi, on June 28 at about 4 pm, waylaid his auto when he was ferrying passengers after picking them up at the auto stand near St. Philomena’s Church, and forced the passengers to alight from the vehicle.

When he questioned them, they caught hold of his shirt collar and abused him in a foul language, before assaulting him and issuing a life threat, Zameer has further stated in his complaint.
