Mysuru: An auto driver has been caught with fake vehicle insurance by N.R. Traffic Police, while they were conducting checking of vehicles on Shivaji Road in N.R. Mohalla on Saturday.
The auto driver who was caught is Syed Usman.
N.R. Traffic Police, led by Inspector Yogesh, was conducting checking of vehicles near Reliance Fresh on Shivaji Road, when they stopped a passenger auto (KA-06 A-5080) driven by Usman and asked him to produce the documents of the vehicle.
When the Cops began to check the vehicle documents, they came to know that the vehicle insurance was fake and to confirm the same they sent the copy of the insurance to the company and came to know that the vehicle insurance was indeed fake.
Following the confirmation from the insurance company, Inspector Yogesh has lodged a complaint at N.R. Police Station.
