Award for author Suchitra Hegde

City-based author Suchitra Hegde’s work ‘Minchu Hulada Daari’ has been selected for ‘N. Shylaja Hasana Datti Prabandha Manikya Prashasti 2026’ given by Manikya Prakashana, Hassan. The award ceremony will be held at Samskruta Bhavan in Hassan on Oct. 11. The book, published by Bahuroopi Prakashana, has also to its credit the Endowment awards given by Karnataka Lekhakiyara Sangha and Meghamaitri Kannada Sahitya Sangha.
