Senior Civil Judge and DLSA Member-Secretary Devaraj Bhute will inaugurate. DC Dr. Bagadi Gautham will preside. City Police Commissioner Dr. Chandragupta will be the chief guest. SP R. Chethan, Women & Child Development Department Deputy Director Basavaraju, District Disabled Welfare Officer Malini, University of Mysore NSS Coordinator Dr. M.G. Suresh and others will be present.
