Awareness Prog. on Indian Constitution tomorrow

Mysuru:  Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Research and Extension Centre of University of Mysore (UoM) has organised an awareness programme titled ‘Read the Constitution’ tomorrow at the premises of Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS) in Manasagangothri here at 11 am.

Disclosing this at a Press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here yesterday, Dr. S. Narendra Kumar of the Centre said that despite India gaining independence over seven decades ago, many people were not clear and knowledgeable about the contents of the Indian Constitution and added that the  programme would be an eye-opener for all.

He further said that Principal District and Sessions Judge S.K. Vantigodi would inaugurate the programme with retired Judge of High Court H.N. Nagamohan Das as the main speaker.
