Ayushman Health Card for journalists and their families

The Information and Public Relations Department will be issuing Ayushman Bharat-Arogya Karnataka Health Cards for journalists and their family members, for which the Department is collecting necessary details of journalists and permanent employees of registered newspapers.As such, the Department has appealed journalists and permanent employees of such newspapers to submit their Aadhar Card, employment letter of the respective media house and the ID card issued by the Mysuru District Journalists Association.

The family members of journalists are required to submit copies of their ration card or family tree issued by a competent authority, voter ID or passport and Aadhar Card, latest by Oct.1 at the Department Office, VarthaBhavan, Dhanvanthri Road, Mysuru. For more details, call Ph: 0821-2423251.
